Valid Countries List

This document lists all countries supported by the card ordering service. Each country entry includes:

• Full name of the country
• ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 code (3-letter code)
• ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code (2-letter code)
• Approval tier indicating processing requirements

API Endpoint

You can retrieve card programs for a specific country using:

GET /orders/programs?country={countryCode}

Example:

GET /orders/programs?country=USA

This endpoint returns available card programs for the specified country, including regional and international options.

Approval Tiers

Zebec provides global crypto-to-fiat card solutions with tiered verification designed to balance regulatory compliance with user experience. The service supports three verification tiers across three currencies (USD, EUR, GBP):

KYC-Light (Green Tier) - USD

• Currency: USD
• Regions: Americas, Asia-Pacific, MENA
• Verification Level: Minimal - Automated
• Processing: Near-instant card issuance with automated verification. Ideal for most users.
• Almost guaranteed approval, provided there are no other red flags (e.g. holder name on sanctions list)

Standard Review (Yellow Tier) - USD

• Currency: USD
• Regions: Global
• Verification Level: Light - May require documentation
• Processing: Card approval possible with light verification. The issuer may request additional documentation at their discretion for certain transactions.
• The issuer may do one of the following, at their own discretion:
  • Require KYC information at the point of issuance if there are "yellow flags" (e.g. invalid address, unusual names)
  • Monitor and scrutinise card transactions more closely (e.g. block transactions in different locations, monitor "abnormal" spending patterns)
• Card holders in yellow tier countries need to be more careful to "build their reputation" with the card issuer over time

Full KYC - EUR/GBP

• Currency: EUR or GBP
• Regions: Europe, UK
• Verification Level: Standard - Document verification required
• Processing: Document verification required from first transaction. Standard KYC requirements apply.

Near-instant card issuance with automated verification. 23 countries.

Standard Review Countries (Yellow Tier) - USD

Card approval possible with light verification. May require additional documentation. 52 countries.

Full KYC Countries - EUR

European markets with standard KYC requirements. Document verification required. 24 countries.

Full KYC Countries - GBP

UK and British territories with standard KYC requirements. 2 countries.
